Study Abroad Program
The Study Abroad Program allows students in SABIS Network schools worldwide to experience life in the U.K. whilst continuing their studies.
SABIS students (Levels I, J and K) who are currently enrolled in a SABIS Network school have the opportunity to enrol for one term, two terms, or an entire academic year at Ashwicke Hall School in Bath, England.
Students attending Ashwicke Hall School will follow the SABIS curriculum and will be prepared for external examinations in the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE), and the American Advanced Placement® (AP) qualification.
All students participate in weekly trips and activities on and off campus, which can include visits to the local Roman Baths, Blenheim Palace or Stonehenge, or further afield to the Natural History Museum and Science Museums in London, as well as recreational visits to Harry Potter Studios, The London Dungeon and the London Eye.
As boarders at the school, students benefit from an extended day which allows more time for sporting activities including tennis and squash, swimming and field sports.
The benefits of participating in the Study Abroad Program are:
- Immersive academic environment
- Personal growth opportunities
- Opportunity to live the English culture, not just learn the language
- Make lifelong friendships and create an international network
- Stunning green campus
- It’s fun!
